I am looking for someone who can do minor handyman work to help maintain a property and also manage it when it turns over by doing showings to potential tenants. You will not need to worry about marketing it, writing a lease or anything like that. I won’t be able to show the property all the time so I need someone who can do that for me. This position is ideal for someone looking for some steady monthly income and ideally the candidate should own their own property so you will have the mindset of a landlord.
