Hi. I am a property manager in Chicago. I have a couple of things that I need done at a house in Frankfort. 1) Install dishwasher - There is a new dishwasher that I brought to the house. The dishwasher has a plug but needs to be hardwired because the old dishwasher is hardwired. Just need to connect the water hoses and the electric and screws into teh brackets 2) Sweep yard debris off of patio 3) Fix Gate in Yard - The bottom of the gate came loose and the pickets fell off. Need to insert pickets back into holes and put 2 brackets on to secure the piece that fell down. We have a lot of homes in the Chicago area and this is typical work that we do on our homes. I am looking for someone that can do work on a regular basis. Please let me know if you can do this job today and let me know what your experience is. Thanks.
