Install 3 new windows at vacant rental - Cash upon completion

Need 3 windows installed at rental. Need to measure windows, go to Home Depot. At checkout the windows will get put on my account. I am a property manager in Chicago and am looking for someone that can do regular handyman work but have availability for this job right now. Please let me know your experience and when you can do this. Thanks
