Mixed use space, former art gallery with many possibilities. We have a piano on site. Wifi, track lights, could be startup office space. I use the space on Fridays and Saturdays 1-5pm. All other times are available and negotiable. Could be a practice or instructional space, writers, web designers, not suitable for large groups For the musicians, no amps no drums. Its not a band practice space. No noise after 10pm. Unique space easily accessible. In the past we had music teachers, cellist, violinist, pianist, small groups play for audiences and teach classes, writers, web designers…… Most hours arranged but evenings are wide open, seeking long term arrangements after initial trial period. Affordable $300 per month
