Full-Time Summer Nanny/Household Manager in Lake Geneva A family in Lake Geneva is in need of a full-time nanny with light household management duties to care for the children while they’re out of school and to make sure that the home is running smoothly. The boy will be a 5th grader in the fall and the girl will be a kindergartener in the fall. The family needs 40 hours per week but can be somewhat flexible on the schedule. They would like a nanny that can swim and like lake life. The home is on the lake, and the family also has a boat. The boy loves animals, anime, and tubing. The girl loves animals and playing house. The girl also has a sensitivity to cow’s milk. The parents’ discipline philosophy is to use time-outs. The family has a small Cavapoo (no shed, hypoallergenic), and three cats. They would like a nanny that is reliable, caring, and has experience caring for school-age children. The nanny’s duties include caring for the children, child meals/snacks, and children's laundry. They also require a nanny that is an experienced, safe driver and has a clean driving record. The nanny will need his or her own car, and the family will reimburse for gas. The pay is negotiable and between $17 and $22 per hour. The are open to offering a gym membership, gas mileage reimbursement, and paying for the nanny’s CPR and First Aid training.
