Busy Project Manager needs assistant. Duties will include but are not limited to, acquiring bids from contractors for various construction projects, meeting contractors at various sites to discuss and monitor status of projects in process, verify that all properties in the portfolio are receiving their scheduled maintenance etc. Some construction or rehab knowledge is beneficial but not required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be dependable and maintain an excellent attendance record. Must pass a background check This is a good opportunity to join a solid company.
