Handyman | Janitorial Requirements:  Completion of high school diploma or equivalent  Basic reading skills  Ability to drive a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license and adequate insurance as required by state law  Must have a good driving record  Must be able to repeatedly lift and transfer cases weighing thirty to fifty pounds to and from tax office locations within the district  Must be able to work independently  May be required to perform basic maintenance tasks which may require climbing a ladder  Local travel between district offices required for various delivery duties as assigned
