We are consistently top rated on Angi and other local referral sites. We are looking for painters who can learn and grow. Industry experience is not as important as a good attitude. Your job will be important since good painting has both practical and aesthetic benefits. You will be working with an experienced painter most of the time and will be on your own for small projects. Ideal candidate is low-key and extremely detail-oriented with good work ethic. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work. You must have a car since we work all over Seattle. Applicants will be subject to a background check. Responsibilities -Make on-site preparations such as covering floors, fixtures, removing hardware etc. -Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding (with a festool system) and never with chemical removers as they are too toxic and messy. -Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material such as plaster, drywall mud, spackle etc. -Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools. -Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions Skills -Proven experience on a team with good results -Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns, etc.) -Excellent spatial awareness, manual dexterity and comfort on ladders -Good basic math skills -Paint sprayer skill not a must but doesn’t hurt -Conscientious with great attention to detail Supplemental pay • Bonus pay Work location • Multiple locations Please send your resume to the email link above.
