Job description Bonavista Real Estate Management is searching for people to join our maintenance staff in Seattle. We need hard working, organized individuals who are self-motivated. The job is at multiple apartment properties in Seattle, employees MUST have reliable transportation and insurance. (Paid out after 60 days of employment) Responsibilities: Turning over recently vacated apartments and getting them ready for the next tenant. Completing a wide range of work order request in a timing fashion. These requests may include: Light plumbing work Light electrical work Carpentry Drywall repair Appliance repair Painting (interior/exterior) Etc.
