We are a fast-growing, locally owned company looking for hard workers with positive attitudes to join our team! This is an entry-level position with lots of room to grow. Don't have experience? Don't worry, we're willing to train the right candidate! The right candidate will not mind crawl spaces, working both indoor & outdoors, heights, or a hard day's work. Construction experience and familiarity with power tools is a plus, but not necessary! Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to: • A positive, can-do attitude • Self-motivated team player • Demonstrate the ability to manage time & multitask • Ability to learn quickly • Ability to communicate clearly & effectively • Good customer service skills • Must have a valid driver's license • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis • Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions. • Ability to work in crawlspaces and on tall ladders • Previous experience in construction/remodeling a plus This is a full-time (40-50 hr/week) permanent position.
