Construction and remodeling helper needed ASAP

We are a small residential remodeling company looking for a laborer and helper that can work with an experienced foreman. We mostly work on nice houses near the coast and do kitchens, bathrooms and major remodels. We are vey low stress and easy going and just need one more motivated person to fill out our crew. - Looking for someone who has at least 1 or 2 years experience with tools and construction. - Looking for a hard worker, with good manners that can be courteous to our valued customers. (say hello and be friendly) - Please be 100% reliable and dedicated and come to work everyday with no excuses and have a positive attitude. - Please have valid SS# and bank account for direct deposit - Please have a valid CA driver's license and auto insurance - Please be willing to work with others and ok with taking directions from others. - Please be in good physical shape and capable of occasionally lifting heavy things - Hiring to start right away! Please tell us as much as you can about yourself when you respond including age, part of town you live in, years of construction experience, list of references, recent jobs you have held, etc. This position starts out as part time but could easily lead to full time work if we find the right person. We often skip breaking for lunch and go home early avoid traffic and still pay for 8 hours. We work mostly from 7:30am - 2:30pm (short snack breaks allowed of course!) We can teach you skills so you can learn more and become a skilled worker and get paid more over time.
