Basic tools, your own transportation, and reliable!
We are partnered with a property management company and need someone to take care of maintenance to over 200 properties. 40 hours guaranteed a week + occasional overtime
Basic skills required: & Able to trouble shoot issues
>Plumbing
>Electrical
>Painting
>Standard fixes
>Repair doors
>Hang and patch drywall
>Install ceiling fans
>Repair faulty toilets & faucets
