Gustafson Brothers Inc., located in beautiful Huntington Beach, is growing and we are seeking a body shop parts clerk with excellent internal and external customer service skills so support our body shop parts team. We are a highly successful Auto Body shop with over 51 years in the industry. We have several DRP accounts and an excellent reputation in the industry and the community, so we always have a steady stream of work. Strong candidates will possess the following skills and qualities; • Previous years of previous auto body parts experience a plus • Excellent communication and people skills • Work as a liaison between the parts department, production team, estimators and technicians • Experience with CCC One shop management system a plus • Ability to take direction and feedback from Body Shop parts manager Responsibilities: • Make sure all parts are ordered, billed, and mirror matched accurately • Scan invoices into CCC One and other admin tasks • Verify that invoice matches parts delivered • Ensure that all credits are received for returned parts • Assist body shop manager by keeping production & estimators up to date with delivery times of critical parts • Utilize the mirror matching technique when receiving parts from vendor Benefits of working for us include; • A management team that wants you to succeed and grow • Financial strength and longevity in the industry • Excellent pay plan & benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, disability, 401K • Paid Time Off plan • Paid Training • World Class I-CAR training center on site • Uniform Service • Monday – Friday schedule
