LAMILL COFFEE is an organization with the main focus on superior quality and maximum customer satisfaction. We are seeking an individual to be a part of our production team. The successful candidate must be customer service-oriented, have a neat appearance and be a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a valid driver's license. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Deliveries twice a week to our retail locations -Implements and upholds company safety policies and procedures -Ensures compliance with company procedures and state laws -Oversees productivity and efficiencies, ensures client satisfaction -Must be able to get along and work well with others -Regular and predictable attendance is required -Processes samples, sales, and online orders -Assists with bagging and blending of coffee and tea -Ensures complete shipping and receiving of orders -Restocks inventory and upkeep of warehouse -Ensures quality control of labeling, packing, and stocking of product -Assist with keeping production area tidy -Keeps stock of loose and bagged tea -Process all orders -Forklift use when necessary -Ability to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 1-2 years of related experience is a must Barista or cafe experience is also welcomed
