Small home improvement/ handyman business that is owner operated looking to hire a skilled laborer to assist in various home renovation and demolition work. Our business is exponentially growing, and we are looking for applicants to preform quality work within our company. Experience in these areas preferred but we are willing to train and work with someone without much experience. The job includes but it not limited to: Plumbing: Repairing and replacing toilets, drains, sinks, ect. Demolition: Removing sheetrock, tile walls, all flooring, gutting rooms to studs, while maintaining a clean work environment, ect. Framing: Framing out walls, installing blocking, any blocking for grab bars or niches, ect. Installing cabinets, sinks, drains, sub floor, Pergo flooring, ect. The ability to use power tools safely such as Sawzall’s, circular saws, drills, impact drivers, table saws, jigsaws, ect. Applicant most possess basic hand tools and have their own reliable transportation to drive to job sites in Middlesex County area. This as of right now is gig work and needed on a job-by-job basis. We are growing and looking for someone that can provide quality work along side of us. This will be leading into steady work but as of now is GIG. The work we do is preformed in other people’s homes we expect any workers to respect it as if its their own just as we do.
