We have an immediate opening for a full-time Groundskeeper. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 pm. Our Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour and is based on your work experience and skills. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the physical appearance of the designated property; to maintain the property grounds, recreation and common areas to Company expectations for cleanliness, curb appeal and overall safety. Work is performed outside in all types of weather and temperatures with occasional indoor work and involves moderate exposure to hazards or physical risks with exposure to paint fumes, solvents, adhesives, etc. Must be able to move, carry, reposition, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds Frequent need to be on feet, climb stairs and to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, push/pull, and ability to climb ladders and navigate difficult terrain and elevation changes while maintaining balance Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance PTO Time: 40 hours after 60 days, 80 hours after 1 year, 120 hours 2-4 years, 160 hours 5+ years Renewal Commisions shared monthly with maintenance and leasing Paid Holidays 401k Plan 20% off rent at our community Quarterly Maintenance Bonus
