Rosie is 4 years old/ We found her abandoned as a puppy. I’m military and we’ll be stationed overseas within the next 6 months or so. We don’t want to get rid of her but feel that it’s the best decision to do so. -Recently was spayed -Had a tail docking surgery because she kept splitting it open on the corners of the cabinets (happy tail syndrome) She is good with kids and has a lot of energy. Not asking for a rehoming fee but want a stable family to care for her
