A law firm is recruiting in Clark County for two mock jury focus groups. You will listen to details of a real legal case and provide input. The focus groups will be conducted IN-PERSON on Monday, March 14th and Tuesday, March 15th from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm at a Las Vegas conference facility. This is a one-day commitment. Potential participants are invited for only one of those days. All COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place by the facility, however participants assume all inherent risks for any possible COVID exposure. All participants must show identification and proof of COVID vaccination with a hard copy at the door. Forehead temperature checks will also be conducted. Failure to provide proof of vaccination will result in dismissal from the focus group, without compensation. Each in-person participant will be paid $300 via PayPal or Venmo for the 10-hour commitment, at the completion of the focus group. This includes one-hour prior to the focus group for filling out a mandatory questionnaire. Lunch will be provided. To be considered as a mock juror, in order to help us select a group of 12 people for each panel. You must be over 21 years old. The legal cases will impact real people and companies. As such, only applicants who are thorough in their responses will be considered. Your responses to this questionnaire will be 100% confidential.
