Wallcon, LLC. has a yard maintenance position currently available at our Gilbert office located at 1476 W. Harvard Avenue, Gilbert, AZ 85233 This is a full time position with an hourly starting rate of $18.00. Paid weekly through direct deposit. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, critical care, illness, and 401k benefits available after 90 day probation period. JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: • Maintain facilities, including taking out trash, cleaning, and small maintenance repairs. • Able to complete a forklift operator course. • Be able to lift over 75 lbs. • Load and unload trucks. • Organize and stock construction materials for workers. • Detail trucks. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Pickup and deliver parts.
