The Kroc Center in Phoenix, Arizona is looking to fill a Lead Custodial position. The successful candidate for this position will have previous janitorial experience and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The Kroc Works Lead will manage/set Kroc Work employee schedules and inventory supplies to provide details for ordering to the Facility Manager. This person will maintain the Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals to ensure safety protocols. This person will clean and detail all restrooms daily and ensure all supplies are stocked. Other duties will include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, minor maintenance of custodial equipment, and emptying trash receptacles. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to follow directions. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Minimum of 2 years janitorial experience. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must possess a positive and professional attitude. Ability to motivate and monitor co-workers. Have good attention to detail and quality while working efficiently. Must be able to work weekends/holidays/evenings when assigned. Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check.
