Hiway is a small sized cat … Almost 2 years old and a very pretty dark gray striped tabby… he was adopted from the shelter as a kitten as you can see in the second photo but he was recently surrendered by the adopter due to some issue… so poor Hiway lost his home on November 15…and they did not take care of Him…he had a badly infected tail and it had to be amputated! That is why he has been at the shelter so long… He went to live 24/7 at Petsmart in a cage on March 7...he wonders where his home went?
