Hi, Looking for musicians/projects in Denver (not surrounding areas!!!). Experienced drummer with music background. Can read/transcribe music, and program drums. Hoping to collaborate with a Bass player &/or a Pianist who can work with MIDI (D.J. also would be cool). Regardless of the instrument, it would be nice to work with musicians who: - Listen to and draw inspiration from multiple genres of music - Do not have to stare at your hands or fret board while you play - Can play and keep time outside 4/4 - Can play with a click Been grinding as a drummer, playing gigs way too far away for way too little pay. While I am grateful to be working, covering CCR and Dani California is so mundane and uninspiring! (imho) The title says "Acid-Jazz" but I do not really have anything in particular in mind as of yet; just want to find musicians who take their craft seriously and go from there. Don't care what or how you do what you do in your personal life, just have it together for the project. Rehearsal/recording studio available for the right people.
