TRASH COLLECTOR/RECYCLING LABOR: Heavy general labor position Duties for Trash Collector : *Collects refuse and recyclables on designated routes; retrieving, hauling, lifting, and loading items; operating compactors and loading equipment; rejecting unacceptable items *Maintains safe and healthy work environment organization standards, and legal regulations; cleaning-up spills *Clean up debris of the landfill to comply with environmental organizations Skills/Qualifications for Trash Collector : Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs Must work outside in ALL types of weather Must have car transportation or reliable transportation everyday Must be able to provide good customer service to residents Schedule: 6:30am start - no set finish time! It will all depend on the route Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays due to holidays
