Hello so I have a male parakeet who's offline lonely but I'm low income du to being disabled. And I'm mostly searching for free because the money I save would go towards there food,toys,vitamins,and such. He is a sweet baby. And had a big cage enough for 5 parakeets but just want to find him a bond.
