I need someone to do handyman work. Two bathrooms need caulk removed and redone. Minor grout cleaning and touch-up. Based on skill I have painting, deck repair, and home improvement. Replace, Sand, stain and seal foyer and hallway. You will need your own tools. 4 bedroom, 2bath, 1890 Sq ft home. First day I will pay by the hour. We can negotiate by the job for future work.
