I have arthritis in my knees and no longer am able to move easily or lift heavy things. I have to move my stuff from one storage unit to another on the same property.I have only this week and next week to move. No heavy furniture - just lots of boxes and other things.You should be strong and have flex hours. Van or truck would be helpful but not necessary.
