We are THE fastest-growing appliance delivery and installation company in the country and are seeking motivated individuals to expand our team of Delivery Drivers/Installers. Benefits – Our Delivery Drivers / Installers receive: - Best in class pay with Dense Routes - DRIVE LESS, INSTALL MORE! - The company provided Uniforms, tools and PPE - Opportunities to progress into management positions - 401k program with company match - Health, Dental, Vision, and AD&D Insurance - Paid Time Off – Vacation, Sick, and Holidays Our Delivery Drivers / Installers have: - Familiarity with driving, installation tools and equipment for a variety of household appliances a plus. - Previous experience in delivering and installing household appliances in installing household appliances such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, ranges, cooktop, and hoods. - Ability to interact with customers, provide excellent service and quality installation. - Ability to handle physical workload, work well in teams, and pass pre-employment screenings - Experience with hardwired and built-in appliances is a plus - Provide great customer service to builders, homeowners, and delivery customers. - Maintain an accident-free work environment. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Experience operating mobile handheld devices. - Available to work a flexible work schedule (weekends / holidays / evenings). - Able to work in a fast paced fluid environment. - Reliable attendance record: on time every day required. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer purchases or records. - Must possess a valid driver’s license. Physical Demands: - Must be able to lift and move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise up to 200 lbs. multiple times a day, with the help of a lifting partner or unassisted with a dolly - Must be able to work 10 - 12hours a day 6 days a week and perform repetitive bending and twisting motions - Ability to drive a cargo van or 26’ box truck and operate a lift gate - Comfortable working in all types of weather conditions - Must be able to push/pull and lift at or above chest level - Must be able to climb in and out of the cab and box truck and move equipment up and down stairs Temco Logistics is a family-owned company that has been delivering and installing home goods since its inception in 1968.
