Description
The Neighborhood Club is a tennis/social club, with approximately 200 member families, located in West Newton, MA. The Caretaker(s) will reside at the Clubhouse at least 48 weeks per year to help maintain the building and grounds as well as assisting with other responsibilities. Approximately 10 hours per week.
Job requirements: General maintenance and daily sweeping of the tennis courts, ice rink maintenance, security, repair calls, set up and break down for Club member social events, light housekeeping and upkeep of the property in a manner consistent with that of a “hands-on” homeowner.
Must have a strong work ethic, personable, a helpful troubleshooter and excellent references. Non-smoker, no pets. Couples preferred.
Compensation for this part-time opportunity consists of a private apartment on-premise at the Clubhouse. Caretakers will need another source of income.
