Men and women with prediabetes are needed for a research study at Columbia University. If you meet the following criteria, you may qualify for our study: • Age ≥ 50 years old • Diagnosed with prediabetes (Hba1C 5.7-6.4%) • BMI 25-39.9 kg/m2 • In good general health (no uncontrolled CVD; diabetes; eating, mood, or sleep disorders) Participation requires tracking of sleep and activity patterns, diet, and blood sugar levels over the course of 4-5 months. Compensation of up to $500 is provided.
