Description
We are seeking Entry Level Customer Service members to join our team! If selected you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
Ability to build rapport with clients
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields helps!
