We will meet at a local Asian Market and explore the aisles for unique ingredients and return to Blue Bamboo to cook with Chef Chan. For this class, we will meet at Jax Oriental Grocery at 10AM, take a tour, and then purchase some snacks and ingredients to cook at Blue Bamboo.
