Join Cari at Routines for a fun night out! Learn 2 sassy and fun chair dances in this workshop! In this class you will learn a choreographed dance that you can practice and perfect! The workshop is 90 minutes and includes a warm up, introduction to the choreography, breaking down the moves, and then we will put it all together. This will be a fun event designed to embrace our sensuality, celebrate ourselves, and build our confidence through the movements. All moves can be modified to your fitness level so do not let the "fit" part stop you! Ages 18 and up are welcome! Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and that you feel beautiful and confident in. Heels are welcome, but not required. At the end of class we will all perform the routine.
