3 Rats with all essentials need rehomed

3 rats in need of rehoming. All boys, come with cage, 2 water bottles, toys, treats, food, bedding, and hammocks. My sister adopted them but has struggled to take care of them because she is disabled. We would help her but the only people in the household who aren't disabled work and go to school simultaneously, thus don't have the time. We have done our best to take care of them but we cannot give them the attention they need and we know they would be happier with someone who can. Asking a $40 rehoming fee to make sure nobody is adopting them just to use as feeders.
