Let’s build and eat some charcuterie! In this class everyone will build their own charcuterie board and be able to take the actual cheese board home with them! We will talk about different cheeses and meats. We’ll discuss what flavors and ingredients make a great charcuterie board and different techniques to assemble/cut the cheeses and meats. Class length depends on everyone’s capabilities and socializing.
