Property Management Company looking for reliable sub-contractors to complete Preservation work in the following counties: - Hampshire County - Hampden County - Franklin County - Barnstable County - Middlesex County - Suffolk County - Norfolk County - Worcester (Southern) The ideal sub-contractor would be capable of completing all facets of Preservation. This would include, but not be limited to, the following: - Landscape/Yard Maintenance - Snow Removal - Window/Door Repairs/Replacements - Roofing and Siding Repairs/Replacements - Winterizations - Debris Removal - Remediation Must have: - Required Insurances: General Liability, Comp, Errors & Omissions (E&O-If you are able to obtain this), HIC/CSL - Equipment to effectively complete the work - Smart phone and computer - Aspen Grove Background Check - Required State Licenses (when applicable) We are looking to bring sub-contractors on immediately!!! We pay out weekly for all orders completed and made Ready for Office within that pay week. Payments are made through Direct Deposit.
