Need a Contractor for Building a Composite Deck! URGENT!

Need to build an upper deck (16*16) roughly with couple of steps/stairs to access the existing lower deck. Railings around the deck is part of the project as it will be at a 4 ft height at least on one side. URGENT as we start SPRING! Need to be very reliable and show up when you promise to show up. Pictures of sample work must be shown. Otherwise, will not be hired. Need experienced folks who did this work before. Must understand perfect leveling and do the job well. Inexperienced people or people who do not have the discipline to show up for work, please do not contact and waste everyone's time. Your bid is for LABOR ONLY.
