Come join us for a night of deliciously paired bourbon and food up on our rooftop bar with guest Tim Heuisler! Please join us for The Blue Owl's very first whiskey dinner! You'll enjoy a four course tasting menu from our very own chef Justin Urso with cocktails pairings brought to you by beverage manager Molli Rohland! Not only will there be excellent food and drinks, there will also be the amazing Tim Heuisler joining us to discuss each whiskey being presented! Tim Heuisler – American Whiskey Ambassador, East Coast – Beam Suntory The only thing Tim loves more than whiskey is sharing his love of the spirit with others. Born and bred in Philadelphia, Tim cut his teeth both behind the bar and as general manager of renowned whiskey bar, Time for eight years before signing on with Beam Suntory as the East Coast American Whiskey Ambassador in 2017. Since then, he’s worked with the James B. Beam Distillery and the company’s advocacy team to help showcase what he considers the industry’s top American Whiskey portfolio. Covering Boston to Miami, he enjoys sharing knowledge with bartenders, influencers, and whiskey enthusiasts all over the country. Education may be his job but connecting with people is what makes him good at it. Tim has a knack for networking that stems from an authentic curiosity about everyone he meets and finding common ground in any number of settings. And what better way to bring people together than over a glass of whiskey. When he doesn’t have someone to chat and chew bourbon with, Tim can be found within ear shot of any concert venue or riding his motorcycle to visit his crew of 8 nieces, nephews and 4 older siblings.
