Celebrate the African culture through dance, music, fashion, and an afterparty at Kabajaa! The Wellesley African Student Association (WASA) is hosting our annual culture show, Mamaland, on March 12, 2022, from 7 pm-9 pm at Jewett Auditorium at Wellesley College. This year's theme is “Kabajaa” a word in Oromo which means “Celebration”. During this pandemic, we have a lot to celebrate and be thankful for as African people. We hope our show provides our community with the opportunity to celebrate our experiences as Africans through dance, music, fashion, and even an afterparty. You do not want to miss out! All non-Wellesley attendees are required to come with their vaccination card.
