An exciting evening of fun and entertainment to benefit SquareOne, a community partnership serving victims of violence in Rockingham County Churchill Downs, Help Incorporated-style! Get your Kentucky Derby outfits ready and join us for a festive evening of great fun and excitement! Prizes for best hat and derby attire! Watch the "Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports," and cheer on your favorite horse and sip mint juleps for the 148th running of the Kentucky Derby on the big screens. Afterwards, dance the night away to music by the Tyler Millard Band. Doors will open at 5:00pm to allow plenty of time to enjoy the social reception, appetizers, review auction packages, utilize fun selfie stations, watch live artist presentations, and purchase horse game tickets. Dinner will be available and accompanied by the jazz sounds of Ben and Elizabeth Crouch. Our live auction by Benny Wray Auctions will include fabulous packages! After two years of alternate fundraisers we are looking forward to hosting you at the Wright Memorial Event Center with Covid precautions in place. Our beautiful venue is an open air barn surrounded by rolling countryside with plenty of space to relax, enjoy and dance the night away! Beer and Wine available for purchase, outside alcohol is not permitted.
