Full Moon Meditation -- Rio Rancho-- Meditate Rio Rancho (Corrales, ABQ, Santa Fe, Placitas, and Bernalillo) you are invited to Virgo Full Moon guided meditation in person. Meditations are geared to the people who attend. All meditations begin with breathing and sound (quartz bowl and gong) to help you tune into yourself. I work with the chakras to guide you deeper into the inner self. Also, I use noticing and stillness to help you achieve a quieter and even mind. Beginners are welcome, but it would be helpful to have some experience with meditation, but not necessary. Everyone is welcome. Bring a water bottle and meditation cushion. Space is very limited. Private home in Rio Rancho, Wallen Park area. It's near Northern and Unser off of Abrazo. My home is off the grid and a sacred space with high energy. Park in the driveway or on the dirt road.
