NEED HELP CUTTING some branches

I have an oak tree with branches at about 10/12 ft high. Need someone to help me cut 5 or 6 branches. I can clean up once they are down. I just can't reach them. Probably less than an hour job. It needs to be done this week of March 6 as the tree is almost bare but about to change leaves soon. The pics were from November when the branches were full but they almost without leaves now. You will need a high ladder or a chainsaw with extension. Thank you for considering this job.
