Class 2: Realtor Liability & the Home Inspection – 1 hour CE credit 12pm lunch CE Course class Realtor Liability and the Home Inspection # 40789 The objection of this course is how to protect yourself from undue liability during the home inspection process. The real estate agent will learn how to navigate through the referral process, and avoid any "slip-ups" when talking to clients about specific topics.
