The MoTrPAC research study is the largest effort to date, aimed at understanding how physical activity improves health and prevents disease.
This study has been reviewed and approved by John Hopkins Institutional Review Board
Participation is paid and confidential.

Who can join?
β Adults 18 years of age or older.
β Have been cycling or weight lifting regularly (minimum one year).
β Do not have Diabetes or Heart Disease.
