An in-depth 2-day hands-on group session where you will learn how to achieve healthy blondes on textured hair, creating healthy blondes. Do you want to learn the HOW and WHY behind creating seamless dimensional blondes on textured hair? What about how to achieve those high-impact blondes while maintaining the integrity of the hair? Learning Gabrielle’s various tools and tricks to achieving high-impact blondes will help boost your color knowledge, confidence behind the chair, and income. You’ll learn how to section, how to mix, color placement, and how to tone to remove any unwanted brass and create a custom tone and experience for your clients. INVESTMENT(MUST BE LICENSED OR IN COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL): HANDS ON + DEMO = $1400 DEMO ONLY = $450 Payment is Deposit only, the remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the classes. Here's what you can expect during this 2-day hands-on workshop: DAY 1 * Advanced Color Theory - this will help lay the foundation for technique and toning * Walkthrough/ Demo on how to perfect your consultation * Live Model demonstration showcasing Gabrielle’s seamless balayage and blonding technique * Choosing the right developer and product * Toning/ How to Formulate * Q + A Day 2 * Class attendees will get active and begin the hands-on portion of the course. * Advanced highlight/ lowlight placement  How to photograph/video + how to work with lighting * Q+A Session attendees will also receive ’Swag Bags’ filled with goodies from various sponsors (to be announced soon) For this session, we provide: * Mannequin Color products/ tools * Mimosas, Coffee, Tea * Lunch What YOU provide: Tripod (Floor only) Clips (at least 4-6) Detangling brush Foiling combs Blow Dryer (comb attachment as well if available) Flat Iron The class duration is 7 hours. We will be starting at 9 am CST and ending at 4:00 pm. This is for both days. We will be starting ON TIME for BOTH days.
