Calling all Rainbow Girls and Winnisquam teens for an uplifting Café experience! Through rich, peer-to-peer discussions you'll connect with other teenage girls looking to add more positivity and vitality in their lives! Greater Tilton Area Family Resource Center will be facilitating the discussions around building a healthy self esteem, developing healthy habits that last a lifetime and finding more ways to sparkle! This is an in person event and registration is required. Parents are welcome to join us as well! Refreshments will be served and every participant will leave with a self care themed goodie bag!
