Participants can look forward to learning more about the benefits of having a relationship with the cacao plant and how to use it to strengthen the yogic experience. Cacao invites movement and softness while yoga developments one's relationship with breath and conscious awareness. Together these two sacred modalities invite participants to heal, relax, and receive. Come sit in communion with other heart-centered and like-minded people.
