Learn to Breath for Your Best, Most Restful, and Energetic Self Join us on Saturday, March 12th at Equinox Austin as we gather together and talk about breathing. Learn to ease the mind and prepare the body. This will include some easy movement to open the hips, ribs and spine. Then we will move on to activating, releasing and moving energy through the body. This will includes faster breathing rhythms, bigger breaths, movement of the body , and some noise making. Then we will move into regeneration and integration. This will include slowing the mind and creating stillness. We will finish with yoga nidra (yoga sleep), and a closing meditation where you will be guided into a deeper brain state (theta, delta). We'll wake up again, close down together and go on our ways recalibrated and refreshed. A Saturday well spent.
