The Dimond Improvement Association is putting on our first annual Dimond Shine Day on March 26th, with your help. On March 26 at 9am, we're asking all of our neighbors to join us in polishing up the Dimond. We'll be forming teams to fix up planters, clean our mosaics, weed tree wells, plant flowers, paint light poles, and pick up litter throughout the commercial district. For a week leading up to the big day, we've hired paid crews to power wash our sidewalks and building facades, and we’re working with public agencies to fix garbage cans and repaint fire hydrants. Come meet your neighbors, bring your kids, grab a free t-shirt, enjoy some refreshments and let's get to work to put a shine on our beloved neighborhood.
