Hosted by San Jose Filipino Ministry, a part of the Ethnic Ministries of the Diocese of Orange. As the celebration of 500 years of Christianity in the Philippines comes to a close with the theme "Gifted to Give", the Filipino Community in the Diocese of Orange is coming together once again for a Thanksgiving Mass at the Christ Cathedral and a Cultural Fare at the CC Cultural Center. A Salu-salo with food, entertainment, free raffle and music at the Cultural Center Lower Atrium Plaza will follow immediately after Mass. Filipiniana attire is requested but not required. Note: To help defray the cost of food and other event-related expenses, a donation of $5 per person is highly recommended when you register today. Any additional love offering of any amount is most appreciated. Donations may be made via Zelle using [email protected] (San Jose Filipino Ministry account). Check donations should be made payable to San Jose Filipino Ministry, Memo 500 Years Closing and mailed to San Jose Filipino Ministry, 1235 Magnolia Ave., Anaheim, CA 92804. Limited edition of the Mission Cross souvenir (see photo below) is available at the Salu-salo for a donation of $7.
