I am an out of state owner of a house in the Lasalle area and I am looking for someone to help me with the following. Check on the house and give me updates on the repairs being done including texting or emailing me pictures. The repairs should be done in about 2 weeks. Check on the house to ensure it is secure every few days over the next 2 weeks. Once the repairs are done, show the house to potential renters. Please email me with the following info: A. approximately where you live (the main cross streets) as I want someone who lives close by to the house. The house is near Muessel Grove park. B. Your work experience C. Your phone number and best time to call you. D. What hours you are available to do checking on the house or showings. This job would be maybe only 3 hours per week. When showing the house, it may take 5 hrs that week.
